Our story began as candidates searching for and landing medical sales positions in the early 2000s. We needed to understand which recruiters to contact, why companies would not even acknowledge receiving our resumes, or why a company passed on us after a handful of interviews. Sound familiar? Nothing has changed in 20 years. To fix a problem, you need people who fully understand it and are committed to resolving it.
Our founders actually became elite medical sales executives and noticed their own company’s using antiquated cookie-cutter hiring processes. They each founded multiple businesses including search agencies. That’s when they closed the loop in understanding all the friction points and fully appreciated how broken and maddening the entire career journey has become for all parties.
